The trade-off is breadth of ecosystem: Salesforce has more third-party apps and a deeper AppExchange. Not necessarily. Some clients keep HubSpot for top-of-funnel marketing automation and use NetSuite CRM from the qualified lead stage onward. The integration between HubSpot and NetSuite is well-supported. Others consolidate fully into NetSuite. The right answer depends on how deeply HubSpot is embedded in your marketing team’s workflow.
