Cloudmaven's consultants and engineers have worked on finance processes and ERP since 2006, today for customers from the US to Australia. We implement Microsoft, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Lensing and iplicit. Beyond that, we also cover EPM, CRM and HR. We connect the systems through eUnify, our own integration platform, and automate with AI what still runs by hand between them. After go-live, our support team looks after them.

In process workshops we go through your core processes with you, always end to end, so that no data silos form. They include order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and record-to-report. Together we agree the future process, with the industry standard as the benchmark.
Steps nobody has written down.
A process that runs on phone calls and lives in one person’s head cannot be automated. So we write it down with the people who do the work. Then we go through every point where it differs from the way the software works and ask together whether this is what makes your company different or something the old system forced on you. We replace the workarounds with the standard and build in what makes you different. Every customisation you avoid is one less thing to test and fix at each software update.

We recommend a system only once the processes are recorded. We are not tied to any single vendor, and the choice follows your processes, your strategy and your expansion plans. We implement Microsoft, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Lensing and iplicit.

Only then is the ERP the single source of truth that AI can build on.

Automation and AI
In finance, many recurring steps can be automated by fixed rules. We set up this system automation in the ERP and the connected systems. AI automation is the fourth layer. We put our own AI assistants and AI agents on top, independent of the ERP. They automate further steps in the ERP and the IT architecture, down to reading paper receipts and PDFs. For that, the processes have to be documented in detail.
