Most ERP implementations fail because consultants configure software before understanding how the business actually closes its books. We spend the first weeks mapping your entity structure, close cycle, and reporting requirements alongside your CFO so every configuration decision is driven by your financial reality, not a generic template.

Discovery is a structured 2–3 week process in which we review your legal entity structure, existing chart of accounts, integration landscape, and period-close workflow. We need time with your CFO or Head of Finance, and ideally your IT lead. The output is a documented financial architecture blueprint that governs every subsequent phase.

Every Cloudmaven engagement runs on a fixed timeline with sprint-based delivery and weekly finance stakeholder sign-offs. Scope is defined and locked after the Design phase and before any build work begins. This is why we achieve 98% on-time delivery: there are no surprises because there are no open questions left when we start building.

Hypercare is an intensive support period in the first 3–6 weeks after go-live, during which a Cloudmaven consultant is available daily. We monitor your first live close cycle, resolve issues in real time, and make configuration adjustments as needed. You do not move to our customer success team until your first successful financial close is complete and signed off.
