Yokoy Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Yokoy Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will implement and optimize Yokoy’s spend management platform to automate AP, expense reporting, and corporate card reconciliation for medium and large enterprises.

You will work across cross‑functional teams, applying best practices in cloud integrations and change management to ensure clients achieve rapid ROI and streamlined finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full life‑cycle Yokoy implementations, including project planning, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go‑live support.
  • Conduct business process workshops to perform gap analyses, document functional specifications, and design optimized workflows for Invoice, Expense, and Pay modules.
  • Translate client requirements into platform configurations, utilizing Yokoy’s no‑code workflow builder and AI verification engine to automate approvals and enforce corporate policies.
  • Develop and manage integrations with ERP, HR, and travel booking systems using REST/SOAP APIs and sFTP to ensure end‑to‑end data flows.
  • Create training materials and deliver end‑user workshops, fostering adoption and enabling self‑sufficiency among finance teams.
  • Provide post‑implementation support and continuous improvement guidance, identifying enhancement opportunities and scaling solution capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in functional consulting or software implementation, ideally with spend management or ERP projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in client‑facing roles, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder communications for successful software deployments.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Yokoy’s platform, including configuration of Invoice, Expense, and Pay modules to automate AP processes, expense reporting, and corporate card spend.
  • Strong integration know‑how using REST/SOAP APIs and sFTP for connecting Yokoy to ERP, HR, and T&E systems.
  • Experience with data migration techniques (CSV import/export) and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to dissect complex finance processes and recommend functional solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear guidance for business and technical stakeholders.
  • Effective project management and organizational skills, comfortable juggling multiple deliverables in fast‑paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in finance or accounting roles, particularly in expense management, AP, or corporate card reconciliation.
  • Background in ERP integrations, especially NetSuite or SAP implementations, to provide holistic consulting services.
