Magnolia wanted to streamline and automate its financial processes. Sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing and approvals were to run in one connected system.
What we implemented
Cloudmaven implemented Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash in Oracle NetSuite, with a strong focus on SuiteBilling.
The project ran from July 2024 to mid-February 2025 and stayed within the agreed scope and budget.
Four days of go-live on site
The complex parts were the SuiteBilling configuration and the approval workflows.
Go-live took four critical days on site and still needed last-minute adjustments.
The team handled them quickly and kept structured documentation, so Magnolia's operations kept running.
