How we start

Your order-to-cash and procure-to-pay are written down with the people who run them before anyone names a system. Here is the order the work runs in, and what you keep from each step.

What we do, in order. Your processes, the ERP, the connections, then AI.

1

Your processes, written down

We record how each process runs today, from quote to payment and from request to payment, agree the target with you and keep to the software’s standard where it works.

You keep the process and requirements map, whether or not you implement with us.

Order-to-cash

  1. Quote
  2. Order
  3. Delivery
  4. Invoice
  5. Payment

Procure-to-pay

  1. Request
  2. Purchase order
  3. Goods receipt
  4. Invoice

The ERP

We implement Microsoft, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Lensing and iplicit.

You keep a vendor comparison with strengths, limitations and investment scope per option, and a recommendation you can check. The implementation then runs in six phases, from Initiate to Deploy.

  • Microsoft
  • SAP
  • Oracle NetSuite
  • Lensing
  • iplicit

The connections

From the end-to-end processes and their data flows we work out which systems you really need, such as CRM, EPM, travel and expense, HR or treasury. We connect them to the ERP in both directions, through eUnify, our own integration platform, or through Boomi, Celigo and others.

You keep the target architecture, showing how systems, data and processes work together.

Automation and AI

Automation runs the steps whose rule is fixed, in the ERP and the connected systems. On top, independent of the ERP, our own AI assistants and agents take the cases a person used to judge, and document processing reads what arrives on paper or as PDF. For that, the processes have to be documented in detail.

For example, a contract signed digitally becomes a sales order and an invoice without anyone typing it in.

Before you commit, the free ERP evaluation gives you a documented recommendation. You can freely decide whether, and with whom, you pursue implementation.
