We advise fast-growing companies on digitizing their financial and business processes with Oracle NetSuite. For this, we need people like you: with clear thinking, a desire for change, and the will to take on responsibility.
In this role, you’ll combine professional expertise with technical understanding and a strong sense for processes. You will work closely with colleagues and client stakeholders — from working students to C-level executives. The focus varies depending on the project and your individual skill set, with accounting and controlling often playing a key role.

This position is an essential part of our team and directly contributes to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
Your Tasks
- Analyzing customer requirements and developing suitable solution concepts
- Configuring ERP modules such as Finance, Revenue Recognition, Subscription Billing, Warehouse Management, or Inventory
- Supporting projects from the first workshop to go-live
- Conducting trainings, creating user documentation, and providing daily operational support
- Collaborating with consultants, developers, and project managers in national and international environments
- Taking on your own areas of responsibility or going through a structured onboarding with mentoring, depending on your experience level
What You Bring
- A university degree (business or technical) or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in ERP consulting (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) or strong motivation to learn as a career changer
- Understanding of business processes, especially in finance
- A structured and reliable working style, plus enjoyment of customer interaction
- Excellent language skills in German, French, and English; at least two of the three must be fluent
- Ideally, existing NetSuite certifications or the motivation to obtain them with us
