Cloudmaven ERP is looking for an energetic, professional Office Manager for our Indonesia office. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible to develop intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation, also organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure: organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
If you are well organised, flexible, and an administrative driven person who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats and loves challenges, you might be the one we are looking for.
Minimum of 5-years of proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
Have at least Diploma Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
Have knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Familiar with the principles and processes of Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Human Resources, and compliance.
Have an experience in budgeting and forecasting.
Attentive communication and leadership skills.
Persistent management ability and organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
Good oral and written English language skill.
Willing to work in West Jakarta, Indonesia.
High flexibility in work mode, tools, and frameworks (Websites are not our core business, yet. Impress us.)
