NetSuite Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant responsible for managing and optimizing NetSuite ERP solutions to meet diverse client business objectives. This role will focus on the functional configuration, implementation, and optimization of NetSuite ERP solutions to align with client business processes. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into system configurations and providing guidance on best practices.

• Develop and implement NetSuite customizations, including custom fields, forms, records, SuiteScripts, workflows, and dashboards.
• Conduct business process workshops, performing gap analysis and creating functional/system design specifications to align NetSuite with client needs.
• Manage full life‑cycle NetSuite ERP implementations, covering project planning, configuration, data migration, system testing, and go‑live support.
• Provide end-user training and documentation, ensuring teams can effectively use NetSuite and adhere to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to recommend process improvements and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, prioritize, and mitigate project risks, maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to ERP implementations.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented ERP solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ERP technologies and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of NetSuite consulting experience, with a proven track record of successful client engagements.
• Experience leading full‑cycle NetSuite ERP implementations and managing change‑management activities.
• NetSuite certification (SuiteFoundation, Certified ERP Consultant, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition standards and SuiteBilling modules preferred.

• In‑depth knowledge of NetSuite modules, including Financial Management, Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, and the SuiteCloud development platform.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for creating custom scripts and automations.
• Experience with data management, including CSV imports/exports and large‑scale data migrations.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and automation tools to enhance system capabilities and reporting.

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities to identify process inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, executives, and technical teams.
• Effective project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Adaptability to evolving business requirements and emerging technologies.

• NetSuite implementation experience across multiple subsidiaries or currencies.
• Exposure to SuiteBilling and Advanced Revenue Management for subscription and usage‑based billing models.
• Prior background in a professional services or consulting firm, with client‑facing delivery experience
