Developer

This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining our cloud‑based ERP and BI integration solutions, collaborating closely with consultants, analysts, and clients to deliver high‑quality software.

Our ideal Developer will design, implement, test, and maintain scalable, maintainable code for both backend and frontend components of Cloudmaven’s cloud ERP & BI applications, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and ensuring high code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.

• Design and implement scalable application components for both server‑side and client‑side, ensuring performance and reliability in a cloud environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders—including business analysts, functional consultants, and clients—to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain integrations with ERP systems and third‑party services using APIs and web services.
• Write and execute unit and integration tests, then deploy software systems to validate functionality and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, adhering to coding standards and guiding peers on best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing timely fixes.
• Produce and update technical documentation, including design diagrams, API specs, and deployment guides.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of professional software development experience in building and delivering production‑grade applications.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and familiarity with frontend frameworks or backend frameworks.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services, including designing, consuming, and securing endpoints.

• Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js, React, or similar) or another modern programming stack.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git and GitHub workflows.

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to break down complex issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Effective time management and organizational skills, adept at handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
